Abstract:
The newest idea about athletes and sports is the idea of utilizing musical memory for performance enhancement and relaxation. The general objective of the study was to investigate the effect of Music on selected physical exercise in the case of yetigelwetite secondary school students. The study used quantitative research approach and quasi – expert mental design was employed. The study was followed stratified sampling with proportional allocation technique and sample size of this study was containing 50 male selected students between the age 16-22 years from total population of 1500 who were grade 9-12 students. The selected subject where grouped as experimental group without control group. The researcher was putting a 12-week training regimen that lasts 40–60 minutes per day, three days a week for experimental group. The data was collected by using pre and posttest result of the selected student. The selected strength training exercise were include pull-up, push up and sit up test were the study variable. The data collected was analysis statistically using spss 26 statistical software under the guidance of a statistics such as mean and standard deviation were found in order to get the basic idea of the data distribution. The significance of adjusted pretest and posttest mean difference of the experimental group for each variable were analyzed by paired sample t test. The major findings show that using Music during physical exercise gives significant effect on strength performance. Music might act as an ergogenic aid in muscle strengthening exercise tasks.
