in the order of DM, T4> T3> T2₌T5> T1 OM, T3=T4˃T2=T5˃T1 and CP in the order of T3> T4> T5 >T2> T1. Average daily body weight gain was highly significant (p<0.001) among treatment groups in the order of T3> T4 ₌ T5 ₌ T2> T1. The partial budget analysis showed that the net return of T3, T2, T1, T4, and T5, were 1024, 990.37, 903, and 790.12 ETB/treatment respectively. In conclusion, from biological and economic response, it is recommended sheep fed on 50% CSC+50% SSL exhibited a higher net return than other treatment groups. However, further research on the effect of feeding SSL on histopathological changes of semien sheep should be done.
