dc.description.abstract INTRODUCTION:-Utilization of reproductive health services is an important component in preventing adolescents from different sexual and reproductive health problems. Poor reproductive health service utilization leads to multiple health problems such as too-early pregnancy and childbearing; unsafe abortion and sexually transmitted infections. OBJECTIVE: To assess Reproductive Health Service Utilization and its associated factor among Adolescents of age 15� years old in Gondar Zuria District, Northwest Ethiopia by 2021. METHODS: Community based cross-sectional study was conducted among 709 adolescents from age 15-19 years old in Gondar Zuria Woreda, Northwest Ethiopia from Mach 01/2021 to March 30/2021. The data was collected through an intervieweradministered structured questionnaire. Systematic random sampling was used to select households. Data was entered Epi-data software version 4.6.Then were exported to SPSS version 25. Variables p<0.2 in bivarible analysis were taken to multivariable regression analysis with Adjusted odds ratio and 95% confidence interval were used to determine the strength and direction of the statistical association. RESULT: - The prevalence of reproductive health service utilization among adolescents of age 15-19 years was 22.70 % en_US
