Abstract:
The objective of this research is assessing the factors affecting effective implementation of
balanced scorecard in Dabat Woreda public sectors. It was examined through descriptive and
explanatory research design. From 24 public sectors, 12 were selected by using simple random
sampling technique. 244 public sector office heads, process owners or department heads and
employees were selected through proportionate stratified random sampling technique as a
Sample in the study. Primary data sources were used in the study. Descriptive
