In line with challenges the study revealed that infrastructure (health service, transport and sanitation), accommodation (lodge, hotel), awareness (concept of preservation and conservation), man-made and natural disaster (rubbers killing of wild animals, wild fire, flood, land slide respectively) are found to be the major challenges. Regarding the current situation of tourism, the study disclosed that no foreign tourist arrival registered in the area except monasteries and caves are visited by domestic tourists during specific holidays which remark that tourism in the area is profoundly poor.
