Methods: An institution based cross sectional study was employed from March-April, 2020. Simple random sampling with proportional allocation was used. A self-administered EBM questionnaire was used to collect the data. Epi Info version 7 and SPSS version 20 were used for data entry and analysis respectively. Logistic regression model was employed to identify factors associated with knowledge, attitude and practice of EBM. Adjusted Odds Ratio Results: About 68.0% of medical interns had favorable attitude, 57.1% and 48.4% of them had good knowledge and practice respectively. Only 79 Conclusions and Recommendation: In general, knowledge and practice of EBM among medical interns was inadequate, but the attitude towards EBM were relatively positive. Most of the medical interns had little awareness of EBM resources and have unmeet training needs regarding EBM.
