dc.description.abstract Abstract Introduction: Anti-retroviral treatment Objective: To assess outcomes of self managed cell phone reminder and related factors to ART adherence among HIV-infected adults at Gondar Specialized referral Hospital North- West Ethiopia. Methods: Institutional based retrospective cohort study was conducted in Gondar Specialized referral Hospital by using Simple random sampling technique and structured questionnaire 392 charts were selected. Finally Pearson’s chi square test, logistic and log binomial regression were used for inferential analysis by using SPSS. Results: A total of 388 participants with 99%response rate was involved in the study. Adherence to ART in cell-phone reminder users were found to be 88.3%, with 3 Conclusion and recommendation: Our primary finding implied that self managed cell phone reminder to anti retroviral treatment Key word: cell phone reminder , ART adherence, outcomes ,Gondar. en_US
