Both bivariable and multivariable binary logistic regression model were used for statistical analysis. Adjusted odds ratio was used as the measure of association. P-value less than 0.05 at 95% confidence interval were considered as statistically significant. Hosmer-Lemeshow test was used to check for model goodness-of-fit. Results: Total of 400 nurses was participated with a response rate of 95%. The mean age of the participants was 32.09 ± 5.08 years. The overall results of good knowledge, positive attitude and good practice were 33% (95% CI: 28.5-37.2), 53.8% (95% CI: 49.3-58.8) and 47% (95% CI: 41.8- 51.8) respectively. Age of 30-39 year (AOR; 1.74, 95% CI: 1.03- 2.92), masters degree (AOR: 7.731, 95% CI 2.507-23.846), reading guidelines (AOR; 4.34, 95% CI: 2.23-8.43) and good practice (AOR; 1.89, 95% CI: 1.17-3.03) were found significantly associated with good knowledge whereas reading guideline (AOR; 2.13, 95% CI: 1.23-3.71) was found significantly associated with positive attitude and age of 40 year (AOR; 3.17, 95% CI:1.42-7.08), good knowledge (AOR; 1.74, 95% CI; 1.11-2.74) and labeling of volume of cylinder (AOR; 2.51, 95% CI: 1.36-4.63), were found significant with good practice en_US
