dc.description.abstract This study investigates the effects of soil acidity in different Physicochemical properties of the soil, Soil samples from Acid and neutral soils of the three kebeles of Damboya, Woreda, Southern Ethiopia, Physicochemical properties, for example soil texture, soil electrical Conductivity (EC), Soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, Potassium and soil cat ion exchange capacity (CEC) were analyzed. In this research, the soil sample and grains of wheat from the study area will be analyzed to determine the macro (NPK) and micro nutrients(Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn) and their relationship with the pH of soil, EC, CEC, OC and soil texture. It was found that there are Higher mean values of available P, potassium and most physicochemical parameters sampled from neutral soil of the kebeles. This knowledge will help to the people who are producing wheat crop in these areas to take pertinent soil management option for better production. en_US
